    Tenille Townes can't forget that day in August when she got a call from Keith Urban , telling her that she had bagged two awards at the ACM 2020 .
    Townes, 26, won the award for new female artist of the year and music event of the year and she got that news during a Zoom call with Urban in August. She had no idea that he had called her to break the news, as she thought it was just a routine interview. But when Urban appeared on the screen, she couldn't help but cover her face in surprise.
