    Rolling Loud Portugal has compiled a star-studded list of artists for its upcoming festival. For the second edition of the beachside event, Travis Scott , Playboi Carti and Meek Mill will lead the lineup of rappers from around the world, including some of Portugal's own rising names. This year's festival will take place on the Praia da Rocha beach in Portimão, Portugal, one of the most popular beaches in the country's Algarve region, from July 5 to 7.
