Aritzia reports uptick in Q3 revenue, online sales surge

Canadian womenswear brand Aritzia has reported a slight increase in revenue in the third quarter of the year, driven by a surge in online sales.
For the three months to 29 November 29, net revenue increased by 4.1 percent to 278.3 million dollars, while online sales during the period jumped 78.5 percent. That was partially slightly offset by a decline in retail revenue due to store closures and reduced operating hours.
Net income decreased 12.4 percent to 30.5 million dollars, while adjusted EBITDA decreased 6.5 percent to 54.6 million dollars.
